I Heard the Nile Runs East to West

This is a random post, what do you do though. The last couple days I haven't really had patience for anything, (for my PreSchool Moms that read this, don't worry my patience at work has actually been better than ever) even listening to the radio is getting on my nerves. So to solve this problem I have started hitting scan and just been listening to my radio in that way. Once or twice I have stopped and actually listened to a song, but mostly I just scan. Well early this morning I was laying on my couch, half asleep and singing a song in my head over and over. I sang the same 3 lines continuously in my head. One of the lines was "I heard the Nile runs East to West". All the while thinking it was a song I had heard while scanning, much later that day I had decided I made it up and sang it in my head over and over for roughly 30 min. I just googled it though and it is Spaceman by the Killers. Glad I'm not crazy.

Getting Ready For Valentines Day!!

Well you all get to see yet another Bulletin Board. My boss, Miss Jeri went down to the basement a month ago where we have some larger things stored..... she found 2 boxes of cut outs for Bulletin Boards and decorating. I was TOO Excited!! The Valentine folder was rather large, and so Monday I got to work!! I got the Board done Monday, Tuesday was spent having the kids pick places for all the other artwork, (Hearts, a CareBear, Lovebug, etc.....). Last night I cut out Hearts and wrote cute stuff like; Best Friends, XOXO, Kisses, Hug Me. We decorated them today, and yes I made one too!! Here are some photos, yes I did the Heart all by myself!! :)

Marking Your Territory

I went upstairs last night around 1 a.m. to get my water bottle out of the fridge and this is what I saw. I started laughing and wanted to get a picture right away. The need for sleep was strong though. This is typical Uresk behavior, we don't get special treats often so when we do we guard it most carefully. I love Toaster Strudels so I like to buy them for myself occasionally, the first couple times I did that I remember getting a Sharpie and writing "DO NOT EAT" and then drawing a Skull and Crossbones. Spencer has Pizza a lot and I seem to remember him once writing a note say that the pizza was his and Rissa couldn't have any. So if you are ever at our house and find food in the fridge with a name on it, probably not the best idea to eat it. (There is a 90% chance that Rissa was joking this time)
